Roof fans

Roof mounted axial extractor fans with fibreglass reinforced plastic impeller and flat base for installing on roof.

Fan:
• Support base in painted galvanised steel sheet.
• Fiberglass reinforced Polyamide-6 impellers, except for the 100 mm diameter models with a 4-pole motor where the impeller is made of aluminum.
• Bird protection grid.
• Anti-rain deflector cap in painted galvanised sheet steel, with anti-corrosion protection.
• Airflow direction from motor to impeller.

Motor:
• Motors with IE3 efficiency for powers equal to or greater than 0.75 kW, except single-phase, 2-speed and 8-pole.
• Class F motors with ball bearings and IP55 protection. Except single-phase models from size 45 to size 63, with IP54 protection.
• Single-phase 220-240 V 50 Hz and three-phase 220-240 V/380-415 V 50 Hz (up to 4kW) and 400/690 V 50 Hz (powers greater than 4kW).
• Working temperature: -25 ºC +60 ºC.

Finish:
• Anti-corrosive finish in polyester resin, polymerised at 190 ºC, after degreasing with phosphate-free nanotechnology treatment.

On request:
• Possibility of supply as IMPULSION FANS.
• AL version impeller made of cast aluminium.
• Special windings for different voltages.
• ATEX certified Category 2.

Centrifugal roof fans with low noise and external rotor motor.

Fan:
• Galvanised steel sheet construction.
• Backward curved impeller made of aluminium sheet metal except for models 225 and 250, which are made of galvanised sheet steel.
• Bird protection grid.
• Foldable casing for ease of inspection and maintenance.

Motor:
• Class F motors. External rotor and IP54 protection.
• Single-phase 230 V 50/60 Hz, except models 450 and 500, 230 V 50 Hz.
• Three-phase 400 V 50/60 Hz, except models 450 and 500, 400 V 50 Hz.
• Working temperature: -25 ºC +50 ºC.

Finish:
• Galvanised steel sheet.

On request:
• The variable speed drive (VSD) is supplied on request.
