CBL had the following critical issues at their Tiara cake oven line due to high temperature.<\/p>\n<p>Fatigue to the cake oven line operators<\/p>\n<p>Electrical panels started to trip often<\/p>\n<p>Caused the cake to crack when moving on the line leading to a high amount of wastage<\/p>\n<p>Read more..<\/p>\n<p>Roof fans had been installed by our company on the request of CBL in this area and what was lacking is a fresh air intake system. Fresh air was conveyed into the plant via a duct. The duct had around 10 grills and the air flow calculations were done in a manner where a positive pressure was maintained as it is a requirement for food manufacturing plants.<\/p>\n<p>The project was a great success.
