Common signs include excessive heat or humidity inside the building, accumulating dust or fumes, persistent odours, condensation on equipment, and worker complaints of fatigue, headaches or breathing discomfort. A site survey will quickly identify the root cause and the right solution.
Yes. We provide emergency support for ventilation, extraction and cooling systems supplied or installed by us. We recommend a preventive maintenance contract — typically every 6 months — to ensure peak performance, energy efficiency and long equipment life.
For most factories and warehouses, we recommend servicing every 6 months. High-load environments — dust extraction systems, paint booths, chemical handling areas — may require quarterly servicing. We will recommend a schedule based on your specific application.
It depends on scope. A standalone roof fan or evaporative cooler can be installed in 1–2 days. A complete dust or fume extraction system with ducting and controls usually takes 2–6 weeks from order to commissioning. We agree clear timelines in writing before work begins.
Yes. Our engineers and technicians are trained, certified for the equipment we install, and our work is fully insured. All projects are carried out in line with OH&S requirements and — where applicable — ATEX, ASHRAE and food-grade standards.
